The villa features a spacious living room and a spectacular dining room, both offering access to the main terraces and outdoor living areas. The expansive kitchen also opens directly to the main terrace.
The property includes 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 of them ensuite, 1 sharable), and an additional guest toilet next to the living room. All bedrooms are facing the sea, from everywhere you have beautiful open views.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning (both cold and hot) in the living room and all bedrooms. The large pool offers optional pool heating. The exterior of the propoerty has beautiful gardens with trees, pebbles, and a lawn surrounding the Mediterranean touch. Additionally, the property has a large parking area that can accomodate up to 5 vehicles.
